lightly grease a 20 x 30cm pan and line with baking paper
Place broken biscuits in a food processor and process until finely crushed. Add butter and process until combined
Press biscuit mixture firmly into base of pan and chill for 20, or until firm.
In a small jug whisk gelatine with a fork into the hot water until it dissolves. let cool slightly
Using an electric beater, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in cream, vanilla and gelatine mixture. Then fold through the oreos.
Pour mixture over biscuit base and chill for 3 hours or overnight, until firm. Cut into sqaures and serve.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
